At HYBeauty Hair, we are committed to providing you with an excellent shopping experience.We understand the difficulties of shopping online, and we do want you to love your purchases without the stress of being stuck with an item you don't like. If you face any issues with your purchase, we are happy to offer a return & exchange service.

Return & Exchange Conditions:

 We gladly facilitate exchanges and returns of unused items within 30 days from the date you've received all your items.

 Items must be in their original condition, unused or damaged, including original packaging. If not, the customer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.

 If the Item has a manufacturing defect or is damaged during shipping, we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Method:

Please note: We do not accept freight collect (COD) packages. Return shipping fees must be prepaid by the customer. Once you ship the return, please provide the tracking number so we can follow up.

Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 1–3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
